After the steering column from a JLX Vitara in Vic.
Apparently after trying to install pwr steering to my JX, the column is too long

Hmmmm, I think I have a P/S one kicking around in the garage, will have a look tomorrow. Can you measure yours so I know if the length is correct?
If it's right it's yours for $30 + postage from Radelaide.

I managed to get the one out of the wreck I got the pwr steering from. Interestingly it's got 2 weld points so it appears to have been lengthened which is weird.
If it doesn't cut the mustard tomorrow I might hit you up Atari.

I think they're the plugs for the collapsible steering column, are they on the "outer" sleeve?

It's downstairs in the garage and I'm semi naked in socks so not going down there to take a pic atm.
Lemme try a keyboard style pic
@=:==:=@======[ <---steering wheel end
---- ^ ^
---- welds
Does that make any sense?
