Put a nice ding in the rear LH corner at ripley last weekend.
So what to do
Either get replacement corner and fab it in - only to do it again or cut the back off and make a comp style tray which is useless for anything but carrying the spare. Also can you get a tray conversion engineered

After seeing your car on the weekend, it looked to neat to go molest with an angle grinder. Please don't
If it was mine, I'd talk to a panel beater, as that din't is big enough to annoy me (you wouldn't know it looking at my cars... ). Or I'd try to sort out some bodgey way to make it at least less of a dint.

your rear bar, sliders, and are they bush wacker flares? would take most the hits. The dent doesnt look like its in a place thats likely to get hit much. Can you just do a dodgy home job and pannel beat it out with the idea that its not likely to get hit again? The beauty of having an old bush basher is that you're losing shit loads on the re-sale value neway.
Just another angle you might want to consider.

Actually its the second most common place for panel damage on a sierra. First being sills.

Thanks Highway just doesnt look as neat now. Looks like the consensus is to fix it. Well let the process begin or maybe just go wheeling again for a while

I know its not pretty, but what I generally do is drill a few screws in and use a claw hammer to drag the dent out. Rust kill and prime. Then bog the rest up. As long as you don't stand too close it looks ok.
