As a temporary solution to move the front diff forward, are these an okay way of going about it? I want to avoid re-drilling the perches and/or hangers until a proper RUF is done in Feb. In the meantime, I want to keep driving but the tyres are scrubbing the firewall. (has already been hammered). The diff needs to go forward about 1-2cm.

Where would I go to get a pair for the zook?

Yeah they'll work as a stop gap measure. Just remember to tighten your u-bolts regularly.

Do you know if the Sierra's center bolt is the same size as the 4Runner's?

no. Another issuw you will have is that the toyotas run a 60mm spring, not 50 like the sierra, so the plate may prevent the U-bolts going back into the clamp plate.

Are there any plates made to suit the Sierra or would I have to get them made up?

If you can't make them ,maybe you shouldn't be fitting them either.

Maybe, but, I can fit an engine, not sure if I could make one from a chunk of ally, an go from there.

youll have to drill a hole in the ubolt plate anyway to move it so why bit just prop the diff up and stick a hole in it?

Main reason is that I plan on getting the car engineered soon and AFAIK, holes drilled in the perches is frowned upon.

with it assembled and back in the center position youd never know they were there

Well that's just the thing, when I bought the car, I had to take it over pits to get inspected. They knocked it back and told me to get it engineered because the diffs had extra holes in the perches. Since then, i've replaced both housings (they were stuffed anyway).

i know it's annoying, but take the diff out, and the U-bolt plate out and weld up the holes which you don't need, paint it black stick it back in and it will be where you want and look stock as a rock thats what i did

If you got a welder i reckon it would be easier to make a set than redrilling perch. Here's suzuki specific ones if ya want to buy
