For some reason oil comes out of the exhaust :s. Alot of it. Sits in the garage. I turn it on and move it out, next thing I kno whatever was behind the zook is painted black with oil, not too popular with the parents, anyone know how to fix this?

Mine does this, mine is what chop said, soot from the exhaust dissolved in water (condensation) being blown out of the exhaust when cold.

hahaha i did that to my parents carport once... washed off with water.

but yeah its condensation pulling the soot out of the exhaust... nothing to worry about - the easiest solution is to put a 'splash back' on the garage wall - a sheet of plastic/steel/wood - anything you can occasionally hose off to keep it somewhat clean.

I'll take ya word for it:). I " accidentally" turned my car on when it was parked in front of my mates car, haha funny shit, took him a while to clean it tho, cheers lads

mine does the same on the driveway. just soot.
i use rain to wash it off (works well)

It should be running rich first thing in the morning when you start it in the garagge, assuming the choke is operating correctly.

why not buy a clamp on droopy exhaust tip? point the soot/water/fumes downwards... then at least all you're dirtying is the floor.

Also - mine doesnt blow out condensation on startup for the first 30 secs or so, maybe you can use that time to get out of the carport? =)

My jimny use to have a small amout of condensation come out of the exhaust when i first put my new exhaust on, but hasn't done it in a while now.

not so sure if you are able to do this with cars but im assuming it would be the same principle..
we used to own a load of two stroke motorbikes and the exhausts would always fill with soot, we got told of a way to clean them, cant remember exactly. but im pretty sure the fella who did it for us just heated them up a lot and then tapped all the soot out of the exhaust until relatively clean..
might be worth a try?
