Over the weekend when I was changing the oil, I noticed the belt overhangs the P/S pulley by about 2-4mm (approx 2 or 3 ribs), however sits nicely on the A/C pulley.
As my A/C is aftermarket and I can't move it back because it will hit the exhaust manifold, is there a way I can get a wider pulley for the P/S?

why don't you just get a belt with less ribs on it to suit your PS pulley? it shouldn't affect it if theres 2 ribs on the aircon pulley not being used. try it and if the belt slips then go to the effort of changing pulleys.
