How good are these winchs? Waterproof? Better then Ironman winch?

i have a 6500 tmax which has the same motor with a different gear ratio and
it has been a good thing.
i abuse it a fair bit and it always works, well except when i have a dead battery.
if it was a bit closer i would buy this for my shitbox toyota
