Has anybody has the problem of there webber getting rich as shit on a bumpy track.
Mine. Is doing it at the moment I think it must be the fuel level splashing around to high on the bowl.

Any thoughts?

Haha I think I am going to have to put some sort of splash plate the the bowl.

Yr's ago I had a flooding issue with a webber & it ended up being a "breather" type gap in the housing of the bowl, just made the gap not there any more & gave it a new breather, but in your case a new breather may be an issue.

Take a pic of the top of the bowl with the lid off, I may be able to see if it's the model with the stupid "breather" or not.

It's just a recess that let's petrol into the throat..

Hahah yea it is the model that you can see the fuel in the bowl( the hole is about 8mmx 25mm from memory)

It will still pressurizer, but you ay not get the splash affect your getting now..

Here we will that breather vent that with jb-quick, or epoxy, then drill a small like 1/8"hole in it.

Take some 1/8" clear fuel hose, and insert it in the hole. Leave about 2" of hose sticking out. Take that hose that is sticking straight out, and bend it in a "U" shape so it goes right back down to the carb throat.

You use loctite red to secure the hose in the hole you drilled through the epoxy.

Doing it this way the fuel has to come all the way up that hose, and back down to get into the main throat, and you still have a float bowl vent.

Pressure is critical with weber's. You should only have 1.5 to 2lbs of fuel pressure max when off road.

For the float you can lower it a bit, then add some drop to the needle valve. The extra drop in the needle valve fills the bowl quicker, and makes up for having a low float setting.
