when i turn the key to start it, it makes a click noise then nothing as i hold it then after a few seconds of holding it on finally rolls over..
its a g16b btw

I applied the fix with the relay and it worked for 2 months and I just put a reco starter in this weekend.

ahaha hopefully that works, its only just started doing it after a muddy trip, and it seems to be getting worse :/
ill give it a go and see if it improves

Strip, clean, grease the bush's ( NOT BRUSH'S) re assemble & bench test before refit, you will have bad contact in the solenoid..
