Looks sweet!

How hard was the guard chop? Did they rub with the 80mm TD kit?

Yeah they only just nicked a inner seam but I think I could have chopped a little bit more and made it fit ;) . And if the offset was a bit smaller it might have been better.

Hummm... Maybe. I don't have that many photos yet though. I'll see if I get bored one day and I might.
Glad you liked the kit. Still not sure what to do with it yet. It drove awesome offroad. (the little bit I done). So flexy..
Only really need to fix the coil and shock touching problem. Which could be diff rotation a bit or maybe space the shock away a bit with a longer shock bolt. Would like to see the ORA kit on to see what they have done.

how bad is your front castor angle? Longer arms may fix the problem or maybe that why it's only the ORA kit is a 4.5" lift not 5" .

coils are so bendy in the back cause they are so big! I think maybe smaller ones like the TD kit with spacers, so there is not as much bow in the coil.

yeah maybe, but thats what I need to see if they bow the same, .5 of a inch should'nt make that much different.
If you look up Big Red suzuki jimny in google you can see the same lift similar to mine.. I think its in the 4wd monthly old shed page... so you will have to wait for it to load the page haha.

I have been browsing though some jimny forums from the uk and i haven't seen a single jimny with a 4.5" lift, they all seem to go with 3"spring lift and BL's from 1" up a 3"and i found one jimny with a 3"coil lift and 3"BL and he was only running 235's.

and if you re keeping your lift, it wont be easy to get a custom arm for the back... or buy one from ORA, instead of the smaller coil + spacers idea

na not stimpy. Its a Jimny with the shed name as Big Red. You can find it in google search but not if you go through the 4wd monthly shed page. Its weird must be a old page that was deleted but still on the net some how. Yeah maybe I can make or buy another arm for the back. But I think the lift is still a bit big. I think the cops would prob just bend me over if they seen it.
PS : 3 inch coil lift with 3 inch body and only running 235s.... holy roll over!!

Looks good but, with a 5" lift i would have thought 31's or even 32's would of been better for that size lift, cus you can get 30's under with a 2" lift.
