What prices have people been paying for dobinson struts for 1.6 vitara's?
I just got quoted $145 and was surprised, thought they were dearer?

Was quoted $165 on the phone, when I got there paid $140 ea, seems like a good product and good blokes at the Sydney outlet. Spoke to them at the Sydney 4wd show at Eastern Creek last year, they are playing around with a 3" kit for the Vits as we speak.

Cool so its not bad then, this is from a store that sells dobinson gear in adelaide. I thought i remeber someone saying they paid $165 somewhere a while back.

Not sure what EFS are using now days but they used to be rebadged stock KYB shock with an EFS sticker put on them.

What makes them a more "solid product" than say the off the shelf Monroe's for a Vitara? Especially if they're the stock length & if they are just a rebranded KYB as suggested by Taylor74 they're nothing "special".

have a look at you calmini spacer next time, i reckon it's longer than 1"

didn't your calmini kit top the struts out, so a longer strut would have been beneficial.
