Hey,
Ive made up a bar to inboard my rear shocks on my zook, just wondering if someboday can point my in the direction of some cheap shocks to suit. Ive got some sagged 2' springs in, but basically need some really long shocks to suit but dont want to run something big (as is thick). Is there anything in the gabriel cheap range? what has everybody else with inboarded shocks run?

Best bet is to measure the compressed length required (axle on bumpstop + 15mm) then go to supercheaps and start ripping boxes apart. Look for teh shock that will suit the compressed length with also the longest extended length. Lux, pootrol, hiace etc etc

Or you could use a more sensible approach and ask to have a look at their shock book which has the bore size, extended and compressed length and what fitting is at each end of just about every model car you can think of.

Sensible approach of course. Must be different done but you ask for that up home and they stare at you like blind mullets and tell you to go look for yourself.........

Yep, Gabriel cat doesn't list lengths. I've got the Monroe cat but its big! Just wanted to see what others have run
