I tried something similar today but I think the use of a crowbar is a bit too dodgy. :lol:

Well I've tried the Royce's special suzuki tool, and I broke the thing, The pulley is on there good and propper. I might have beef up the welds on the screwing nut and shorten the thread bar.

I'm getting annoyed with it

timing belt water pump and seals done today :D pleased to say it all went smoothly.
