im fairly sure you will have to outboard the front hangers to meet the lux perches on a NT.Poosibly look at Niks build??
for steering can different knuckles off a 60 or 40 be used? does it have to be rego, legal??

I always thought the pumpkin would be in the way, I believe Zookiemonsta was looking at doing this and opted not to?

i was going to do this, if you look at your hilux pumpkin, you will notice that there is a bit of spare space between the center (3rd member) and the outside of the housing... i was going to cut into the housing to keep it low (spoa) and make the perch in the pumpkin housing.... still up in the air, im not sure if it's possible, but if it's in a spua application then it will give you a bit of lift

The original hilux mounts have already been modded/cut in to hug the pumpkin. So the leafs will have to be wider apart than a wt.
Only other option maybe similar what you did with the cruiser diffs on your other one, Which may lower your car.. Or cut out the pumpkin edges to there is a recess to make perches..

Hang on.
I have one here im not using..
Ok.
The Bundera front pumpkin housing/centre hole is 20mm further in than a 96' Hilux housing. I knew the axles were different, but wasnt sure on the exact measurement. Now i am!
I have Front housing,2 Front Axles, 1 swivel hub will probably never use, Im using the steering arms and centre

so it should work eh?
can you messure from the center of the Bundera axle out 297.5mm and see if its over the punken?
that would be the where inner part of the spring perch would start if its on the edge of the punken it should work

Ok. Still major problems.
If you have a hilux housing there or look at the front of your 105/80' housing.
Where the centre bolts up, there is a flange welded onto the housing holding the M8 studs. 297mm is directly inline with the outer edge of this flange. So, if thats the inside edge of the spring mount, it maybe possible to put some spring mounts there, Its still halfway up the pumpkin, BUT, Then you will run into Ubolt problems contacting with the M8 studs and the diff centre because its right next to the flange.
