I'm thinking of making my whole front clip flip up, Similar what they do to mini's, And similar to zookers lwb.
The guards will be lighter than stock as they will be tubbed for 35's anyway, Only thing heavy will be the headlights in the front grill
I will be using the bonnet hinge as the pivot point
I was wondering about legalities too, Will the new front end need a release hinge like the stock bonnet does? Or will i be able to strap it down like a jeep bonnet?
I know an engineer will have better knowledge, but its a sunday..

Would probably cost abit to ship over..
I have a clip here ready to be cut.
If i ever damage it, I know how to work with metal, but not fibreglass..

Ah yeah i remember seeing that, with the narrow sealed beams/or spotties?
If i did buy a fibregalss front end, half of it will be cut out = waste of money! Already started cutting the front out on full bumps, 35's. Pics in my build. (no pics of front yet)
