i took one of my rear springs out and it still had that crap pressed in bush
does anyone know the dimentions of the big spring bush?
what sort should i replace them with?

You need to PM Bruce as he makes the poly spring bushes. He can tell you sizes too if someone else doesn't speak up first.

nothing wrong with that crap pressed in bush, unless it nackered. if its in good nik it will give you more flex owing to its design.

i should of said the bushes were in crap condition
someone replaced all the bushes except the rear spring mount ones with poly ones i don't think they could get them out

i reckon bruces bushes are the way to go
i impulse bought some nolathane ones but they are pretty hard
