I have been after a little more up and for the zuk, its running a stock g13bb

I was wondering if a g16b bottem end will bolt up to the standard engine mounts? And willit fit to the g13bb gear box?

Cheers Dale

Arent those adaptors for sierras? Or are they the same?

Also will any wiring need to be changed to suit the bigger bottom end?

when we put a g16b out of a baleno in our jimny, we used the original computer,
but because it was out of a front wheel drive we had to change a few things,
pretty simple conversion,

Is it safe to use the Jimny ecu and head on a g16? similar to using h20a heads ecu and sensors on h25a
Would it run lean?

Also what needed to be changed with the fwd engine?

Was the power increase noticeable?

Get the adapter kit from suzistore. There new kit allows the water pipe to go through the drivers side engine mount for a complete bolt up.
You do need to play around with the AC bracket with the block being a bit taller.
I use the standard G13bb ecu and harness but put the injectors from the type 3 (twin coil pack) baleno in. Seems to go almost as good as the complete change to baleno injection and you have the option of adjusting the timing later with the BB injection.
You will need to change the sump and pick up and cam from the jimney to do this and oh yet there is a big difference

ours was a noticeable difference with the g16 then the g13,
it goes better now even with the 31s then what it did when it was completely stock,
also running type 3 injectors
