Currently trying to get my recently purchased 87 1.3 NT ute up to some sort of reasonable condition for its blue slip inspection in NSW.

It has some of the 1.3JX seats in it that are in pretty atrocious condition and I'm wondering what it would have originally come out with?

I know the 1 litre utes had a low back seat with a headrest that bolted to the rear bulkhead did the 1.3's have the same.

Just wondering if I'd get some more room in the cab with something else. Thanks!

As far as I know, all utes came out with fixed seats. They have the same floor mountings as a normal sierra, so someone short must have bolted sliding seats in cos they couldn't reach the pedals  I think the originals have more room but I wouldn't know.

1.3 traybacks had the same style of seat as 1.0 traybacks - lowback, fixed (no slides or recliner) with the headrest on the cab.
