Looking for a pair of 1 inch extended shackles, purely to level out my Sierra.

They are on lowrange but postage is $110.00

UPS
Worldwide Expedited $246.81
Worldwide Express Saver $260.35
USPS
Priority Mail International $99.40

Checked it again, still ridiculously high.

Send them an email, it doesn't cost that much for transfer case gears so it should be a lot cheaper for a couple of shackles

It wont be more then $65 as it will fit in the $65 box and weigh less then 20pounds. Ask for a quote, its always shitloads cheaper.

If your Sierra is half an inch lower at one end than the other, can't you just live with it? Seems like a lot of money to level out an almost level car...
