Hi Guys,
I am a new Jimny convert!
Can any one tell me what front locker is available for my 2003 Jimny?
I cants seem to find anything other than and that is just too over priced.
Kaiser lockers have 2 they think will fit my jimny but i am unable to answer their questions around internate sized, gears etc.
If any of you have knowledge of whats inside the front diff of a jimny please let me know, i have a CAD diagram of tha Kaiser locker to varify if it will fit the Jimny.
Thanks in advance!

I cant find a lockrite that is sold as jimny compatible fro the front, There is one that fits it i believe. Some guy on 4wd action has one in the front of his softtop but cant remember which model lockrite.
I will post up the attached cad drawings for the Kaiser, the Kaiser however is expensive a $740usd not including delivery.
Any one tried a China ARB copy locker? might not be worth the risk.

For some reason they only list the lock right in the 4wd magazine add.
Also i think the china lockers are only for the back of the jimny heres a thread about them http://www.auszookers.com/index.php?nam ... 60&start=0.
Are these Kaiser lockers auto lockers of air?
And i don't $740 USD is to bad when ARB is about $1200 each...
Edit: http://dgtuning.com/ Have a look under drive line

Monkey tha Kaiser locker is Auto, similar to lockrite in ioeration, the actualy mechanism looks more complex.
Kaiser need me to verify so they send me the right one.
Can any one answer the following
Inner diameter of bearing
Shaft diameter
Number of shaft splines
Ring gear bolt
Ring gear height
Cheers

Air Locker is a great option but ARB want like $2000 to supply and fit, i cant justify that on a Jimny just yet.
Does any one have experience with the Chinese nock off air locker? One would think it would be trouble free and strong enough in a Jimny?

I think one of those china lokkers in the rear would be fine, but like i say, don't think they have the china ones for the front of a jimny.

Apparently it works much better than a auto locker, it is more road friendly and still allows over run on power.
Also they have a front fitment!
Looking about $740usd plus $150 delivery.
If i can confirm my diff measurements posted earlier i will buy one

Those kaiser lockers look cool. Obviously dearer than a lockright cos it's the whole centre. Dunno if I'd fork out for that but..
