Sorry Royce, but this won't work. This is because suzuki failed to get the measurements accurate before the car even left the factory. I am yet to measure a sierra chassis that is the same from left to right, or even the same as the OEM dimensions indicate.
For example, the WT chassis I used for my ute. The length from the front fixed hanger to the front of the chassis differed from left to right by 9mm! The chassis is MINT! No damage anywhere!
But then I'm not surprised. Leaf springs would allow for 10mm tolerances Maybe that where hey went wrong with the Jimny?

Yep. Chassis was indeed dead. Front end had pushed across 30-50mm.
Cheap repair though
All the best with it

Hey mate, I need some help , my 4runner is IFS, now does a stock zook have bigger CV's? are they stronger in the Cv strength??
the reason I ask is that if I get the blue hardtop, will it be able to cope with tough 4wding???? as I have broken two CV's on the 4runner and am sick of it!!!!!
So would a zook be able to cope better with hard 4x4ing???
Thanks guys, much appreciated

But I am a lead foot!
So that's how I broke the 4runner Cv's, even with the front locker, just have no idea of the strength of the zook Cv's??,

With a front locker it's not good on the cv's. Go chromos and you'll be sweet.

Invest in some double tough CV's from the USA while the $$$ is good. You won't break those

As well as a change of driving style. Nothing is indestructible!

As You know I crashed the white 94 sierra, parents were going to sell it... but they decided to keep it, and use it as spares for the blue hardtop.....
Still drives ok.... just had a bit of a vibration.. until a friend of dad's put the motor back on the engine mount fully and straightened it a few weeks ago. m
Motor ended up half on the mount... due to the force of the crash
Oh and pulled right outrigger out so, it still drives around the yard, great to teach my friend how to drive a manual who has only driven an auto on his driving lessons lol, good experience for him

Tried finding a new chassis? Then all you have to worry about is the body.
Then build a beast!!

Yeah, thought about a new chassis.... But I am getting the Blue Hardtop at the end of the year .... it as has extractors, so a lot a bit more go than a stock 1.3 that's for sure
White one, as I wrote is for the yard only, as too much work.. also will be a source of parts too
