It's my first time replacing these and first of all jeany to nonid I should replace then. By the looks of them they look tin to me . What do u guys think ?? Also some tips on how to do would be great.


Prity shit pic but there about 5mm of meat on them and less.

3mm is where you think about replacing them and from memory 1.5mm is the service limit

if the cylinders arent leaking i would think about having another look in 6 months and maybe replace them then, mine took 4 years to get from there to being replaced

Ok Sweet , I jsut adjusted the hand brake cables now its working sweet , i wasnt sure wether to replace the brakes or just adjust.

Approx how much is it to get the brakes done in a shop inc cylinders and machining ?

Do the cylinders yourself. Very easy job. $50 from scotts auto1 and some brake fluid.

Nah I saw it, but forgot to move it cause I was going to ask why you didnt do the cylinders
