What:

After front and back Vitara diff centre
or
the entire front and back diff
or
the entire front and back axels wheel to wheel

From:

A manual 5 speed Vitara

Why:

Needs to have 5.12 ratio gearing.

How do I know?

If the diff center is out then a 5.12 ratio should mean 41 tooth ring gear, 8 tooth pinion.

If the diff is still in then turn the input shaft, if it takes 5.1 turns to make the axle do one complete revolution you have a 5.12, if it takes 4.3 turns you have a 4.3 ratio. If those ratios are too close to tell, count how many turns it takes to get the axle to turn 10 times, that will show up as either 43, 46, or 51 turns of the input shaft.

There's a complete rear diff and axles in Fatzook's carport that I'm sure he'd like to get rid of. PM me if interested.

So you want a 12 bolt rear diff with 5.12 ratio and a 10 bolt front with 5.12 ratio.

I think i have those here in the shed but postage is gonna be expensive.

Hrm... It has been a while since I did the scenic drive in VIC and saw those cute little pelicans on that island down there... might be time for a road trip :)

(Seriously though, if you get a moment to call TNT or another courier, could you check on price to ship them, I dont care how long it takes to ship them, speed isnt important - saving money is)
