Reluctant sale of latest Zook due to illness - based on the Gold Coast
* 150,000 km
* almost faultless body and paint work - no rust anywhere that i can see
* sports seats and roll bar with compliance plates
* other than that no other mods so great canvas to start with and work wonders (just like I was going to do)
* current RWC
* front bikini top only but still have framework for full top
* have removed rear seats & belts but still have them - in great condition
* looking for serious offers around $4300
* Reg till 06/11

Anyone know of any cheap transport companies???

Most were quoting around $1600 to get it to Perth.

Probably cheaper to fly over and drive it back!

Dead set, crikey, say its 4,000k, an you get 10l per 100k, thats 400 liters, IF you pay $1.60 per liter that is $640 in fuel, gives you a grand leeway.

Seems a ripper idea of a grouse road trip to me.

Add flights, food, accomodation, time (if you start factoring it in as a chore rather than an EPIC ADVENTURE) and it all adds up pretty fast.

What he needs is someone else from over there to buy one from here as well, and they can do a dual a.z. roadtrip!

Any reason to get in the car an go is a good one. Add the beaut buy, gold.

Yeah i'd love to do it, but it would take too long and cost too much.

Then what happens if it dies in the middle of no-where? To get going again adds to the time and $$$...

Safer to truck it here and enjoy it when she arrives!
