Personally I think if its got a corolla motor in it, then its worthless, with the original 2 stroke I'd pay $$ for it...
How much a car is worth depends on how much someone is willing to pay for it..

also does anyone know if the transfer case from a 76 model will fit to a one litre motor?

Huh? Transfer case or Gearbox?
It's the gearbox that bolts on to the motor. The LJ50 ('76) gearbox will not bolt up to a F10A engine, the LJ80 gearbox will.
