What do you want to acheive these stock springs that equal a 2 inch lift in your sierra? Cheap springs? Better ride? Better flex?
Jeep springs are a big job, they are wider so requires mods to spring hanger and missing link setups and or funky shackles. These set ups are way more common in the US because the springs are available.
The best setup depends on what you want to drive. If you just want to bush bash put a body lift or some cheap 2 inch springs in, get some bigger tyres and go for it.
If you want some more flex and better ride try RUF and a longer spring (mazda, isuzu) in the back with longer shackles to suit.
Search as much as you can and find out what is the best for you.

springs are pretty cheap just get some from a good spring shop (arb or somewhere) and see Bruce he makes bushes he might have some good ones for you
if you get the springs reset they are a bit harder than new ones but it is a cheaper option
thats true, once they are reset they sag really quick and for the price of 2" omes about 73 a side up front and 80 a pair on the rear its pretty cheap and they work well....Will give you about 40mm lift.....our local spring works wants 100 a corner nearly to reset them so omes are a better option?????
