hey everyone. i remember seeing a while ago somewhere sold a kit to eliminate the rag joint with a uni. Im after one of these if anyone knows where to get it that would help heaps. cause i bought a new one and it did 20kms before i tore it and had to zip tie it to get home.

I used a vit uni because i ran the vit powersteering box. Unsure if sierra box has same spline.

Made an adaptor plate from vit uni to sierra rag joint bolt positions.
Drilled out plastic location plugs to collapse shaft alittle.. These are only say 3mm deep a side, not right through.


But you shouldnt be breaking the rag joint in the 1st place..

Get some better rubber..Conveyor belt for example with alot of reinforced webbing.

it was a proper rag joint from suzi auto and didnt last. so i just want a uni now . so it wont fuck out. ive got the jimny powersteer box so even more reason why it shouldnt break .And vl2dy4 sorry mate after a uni instead
