If you came up behind me with shitty HID spraying light everywhere ill gladly get behind you and follow you for miles with my high beam on, they are jsut stupid in a light housing not designed for them

If somebody somewhere made a all in one 7" round HID and reflector kit that passed at least one approval deemed acceptable for ADR's i'd be in in a flash and I am sure many others would too, till then your fooling yourself if you really think they are better than a proper halogen bulb in a housing designed for it

I think aimed properly hid's are good, not as good as they are in a factory situation but better spread and depth than halogen can deliver.

for those of you that want you can get an hid globe that has a halogen low beam and a hid high , that from what ive seen is just like your standard low and bright as a mofo on high beam. maybe this is the solution.

or just go plus 80s in the head lights they make a big differenct over standard,
