i was supplied the wrong modle sj410 i think it is and store will not exchange it for the correct one 350 ono

If you gave then the correct model details and they made the mistake they are legally obliged to change it as it is not fit forthe purpose it was purchased for

Yer well it is a little scratched so they said no to taking it back. It was auto barn

be very very polite, plant you case with the front desk kid. If he says no, say I beleive I'm well within my rights, can we see if the manager agree's. Politely insist to speak to the manager.. Again state your case. If he says no, again mention that they provided you with the wrong product and that you are entitled to exchange it for the right one.... if He says no ask for the regional state managers number. And politely ask for an exchange.

If he says no, say I beleive it is law, and you will be in touch with fair tading to confirm.

ALL POLITELY!! being firm is ok. raise your voice you wont get squat.

Restocking fee's etc are illegal dont let them try that.

WTF... never heard of anything so silly in my life before. Go to another Autobarn store with the receipt. You will have no trouble.

BTW are you going to include the receipt to the buyer off here?

A quick google says its the 18 spline flat flywheel one that very few cars had

Sorry was going off this ebay link that mentions: have to let them know what input shaft so they can give correct kit, i.e could be kits for both but thats all i was going off
