Where can I get some good heavy duty goo for a head gasket, I thought the auto stores like repco etc would of had it but they only sell stuff for water pumps thermo stats etc...

Holimar, spray on stuff, could be spent wrong cause I'm not to bright...
just buy a good gasket, I've only ever used Holimar on shit gasket's of copper one's....
ACL gasket's FTW!!!!!!

Hylomar is the only stuff you want to use. Do not use any type of 'goo'!!!!!

I think I got it from Repco??
Why do you need any type of sealant? Is the head machined?

So are you saying just just put the gasket in and tighten it all up ? I thought you had to still put gasket goo on either side :S ?

You shouldn't need anything for that freshly decked head and block, but Super cheap have or use to have ACL Holymer in a spray can and in a small bottle as a brush on.
Or pop down to FM Spares next to the Marina servo, they stock Wurth products.
