I've been told that you can use your existing coily fuel tank for 1.6 Efi conversion is this true and does anyone on here have any experience using them?

Yes.
You need a vit fuel pump. Not sure on the model, someone will pipe up.
You also need to change to efi fuel lines and efi filter.

1.6 EFI vit pumps are all the same.

Also your steel fuel lines will be fine. But you will need an EFI fuel filter, and change the two rubber fuel hoses up the front for EFI hose

Vit pump AND assembly!

If you go to the shop and buy a vit pump, all you get is the pump motor!

You need the thing that bolts into the tank also and that supplies the fuel lines out of the tank.

Get it from a wreckers. Goodluck finding coily tank.
