My carby has managed to suck in crap through the air filter making it choke and carry on under acceleration, so what carby clean out tips do u have ? Like: Swap one and two leads over and make it back fire etc I'll will try them tommrow

Rev the engine to about 3-4000rpm use a piece of clean wood or something that will give a good seal (DONT use cardboard just in case it gets sucked in to ) and put it over the top of the carbi (I use my hand) then hold the throttle wide open until the motor is just about stalled and take your wood(or hand) off and let the revs get back up. Do that a couple of times ...should suck any crap through..

I dont recommend using your hand if the car is prone to backfiring ;-P
