good luck with that I tried looking for them awhile ago and ended up getting a new wiper assembly from my local suzi store.. cheap to

When mine broke I got hold of some of the fittings they use on small gas struts & welded threded rod to the end of the arms. It worked ok : turn swich & wipers work. This may be an option for you.
