Did you check the clutch cable? Is it actuating the lever on the side of the box?

I had a LWB zook ute once and it got stuck in gear. It turned out to be a little rubber seat where the ball of the shift lever sits in. it had deteriorated and the lever was in the wrong position. perhaps something to look in to??
