Been trying to replace the drivers side rear brake cylinder for a couple of weeks now, bought 2 newys noworries, fitted left noworries,
went to fit RHS but the connection for the 2 lines is wrong, this cylinder is not set up for a line in and a line out, but for line in and a bleed. OK so take it back to get correct one, they say it is correct, checked other units on shelf and they are the same. Part numbers are also diffent but cylinder looks the same on several examples, they then gave me a brass olive to "hopefully' crimp into shape under pressure, I've tried 2 different olives but no good,
The question is.. Is the off the shelf rhs rear brake cylinder machined to take flaired end brake line in and out or is there an extra bit like an olive?

You have a Narrow track RHS slave cylinder, you need a Wide Track model unit.
Try and dig a little further, I dont have a part number however.
