What's the difference between the both thank you..
Sorry I have only just come into the suzuki side of 4wdin!
The reason being that I have two both leaf sping and both are a different width. Thanks?

narrow track is exactly how it sounds... after 1989 they got wider diffs and metal flares.

You've answered yourself in the question. One is wider than the other.
Wide track is also known as WT
Narrow track is known as NT

Where in the Gong are ya?

narrow track springs are mounted under chasis

wide track springs are mounted outside chasis

Are the chaise?? The same?
Because one is like the spring hanger is in the middle of the rail and the other is like 20 mm over hanging the out side of both rails..

Thats actually a Calmini kit. Not a fan. IMO its far too much lift for a sierra.
