As some of you know, my Mum just bought a 04 Auto GV, that only had done 60K, looks new... anyway, there is a switch/button, just to the left of the auto shifter, labeled " A/T Power ", i think its for offroad use, but what does it do, and is it ok/safe to use on road ?
As she says it feels very sporty with the A/T Power on... and i think she wants to leave it on...

It holds the gear longer before changing. Not good on fuel though.

Most deffinately. V6 GV's go quite hard. they make 1.6 efi sierras look slow

It makes abit more sense then an automatic car having an 'automatic transmission' button.
