I have 2 pairs of LED tail lights as pictured below:
I was going to use them in my rear tube bar and on my trailer but have decided not too. Both sets are brand new.
Item : Tail light LED Unit 2 side ( Left & Right )
Function : Night Lamp , Brake , Turn Lamp , Reverse Lamp
Light Source : LED 5 mm. diameter
Power Supply : 12V DC
Light Color : Red , Amber , White ( Full function )
No. of LED ( per side ) : Red 20 , Amber 8 , White 8
Life time : 10000 Hrs
Advantage : Shock proof , Water proof
i bought them off ebay and they cost me just over $80 per pair delivered.
But i'm selling them for $45 per pair plus delivery

Bit hard to tell but doesn't look to be any reflectors there

I'm not 100% on the exact requirements, I'm sure a quick search would reveal all but my head hurts too much for that right now. If it doesn't state ADR approved somewhere on the packaging I'd suggest it probably isn't.

I have just checked a truck in the yard at work and it has the same sort of lights with a small red reflector next too the light assembly.
I can supply some reflectors if needed.

The lens needs to be stamped with the ECE or E mark, otherwise thay are not approved. Reflector is only half the problem.
