whats wrong with the transfer case you have in it. you should beable to get rebuilt bearings and seals for the switch type one..

other wise any 1.3 sierra one will fit also (with flanges swapped)but will have the wrong gearing.

the one you have with a switch are highly sort after by peoiple wanting to regear 1.3 sierras as they are lower geared.

the switchless one you have is from an earlier model 1 litre sierra probably and they are slightly lower again i believe, but wont fit in easily.

your looking at $200-$300 to buy another 1 litre switch transfer case.

yeah it got sold on here to a guy that had it for about a month, but dont think he had the cash or knowledge to fix it, i picked it up for pretty cheap, the gear box was shagged so i put a new clutch and gearbox in it and ordered a transfer rebuild kit yesterday so ill do that this weekend and should have it running by monday, its only a cheap basher while i build my comp truck then ill use the diffs out the the hilux and change to a 1.6efi but until then ill just wheel it as it is.

Cheers Alan.
