Just wondering what tyre pressure gauges you guys recommend? Ideally I'd like one with the tyre deflator system built in, and also don't wan't to spend a million bucks. I spotted a few on Ebay, but most look like junk- except the Bog Buster models. Are there any decent ones out there that don't cost the earth? Are those bog Busters fine?

Ironman do one that is the same as the ARB Deflator, Great bit of gear.
i also use the $5 car tyre type from Repco as a quick check and the best thing is that it has a Mag on it and sticks to the side pillar where it is nice and handy.

ive got a low pressure gauge (0-60psi) which cost me $30 (ie good quality) as well as my EZ-deflator which is also 0-60... both read identical to each other.

I have a " Dr Air ", gauge and deflater, cost me $15, and the gauge is very accurate... just screw it onto the valve, push it in to deflate, release to read pressure, easy...

I paid $19 for mine at Auto one.

May have been on special. Can't remember. Works great.

mines hella i think? cant remember and the car is a 10m walk away and im sitting down =) lol

its all metal body and quite a chunker, but has each PSI marked from 0-60, even down at 0 which i love. Most of the ones you get go from 10 to 5 to 0 with no increments.

Another happy customer of the ARB Ezy delflator.

Accurate and the fastest deflation I've found.

99% of the time I use my arb ezy deflator and nothing else.
For quick checks I carry a $5 dial type gauge I picked up at repco. It's accurate enough for what I need.

For those times where I need pinpoint accuracy (like when testing footprint on new tyres or checking accuracy of another gauge) I use a Moroso 0-15psi gauge marked in .1psi increments. Unbeatable, but a $150 expense that most will never need.

Got it from Auto One, it was on sale... got tired of the cheap pencil type ones, either reading inaccurate, or just stop working...

I use a go kart gauge that I got off ebay for around $50 starts at 0 and goes up to 20 with increments of half a psi.

0-60psi isn't "low pressure"

0-30psi is all a suzuki ever needs.

I love my ARB deflator. Most of us in the club use them now. They are better than anything I've seen in 20 years of 4WDing. (including twin valve stems and stauns - done both)

haha 0-60 is about all you can buy for a reasonable amount of money though... i'd love a 0-40 as most gauges are accurate in their top 2/3... but they just dont make em... still, for my 2 gauges to have similar readings im happy... currie / arb deflator for deflating and the hella one for inflating as its just a push on and read the dial job rather than screwing on the deflator.

When I check tyre pressures I use my Kingchrome mini digital gauge. Accuracy is spot on with my Ezy deflator and for $25 you can go wrong. I just keep it in the pouch with the Ezy.
