Yeah weird thing to sell here but who knows someone might want it. If anyone wants to retire and live 15 mins from Rainbow Beach and 3-4kms from water entry point, here is a good position for a modest entry price.
Basically:
Area: Cooloola Cove (next to Tin Can Bay)
Size: 1269m2
Price: $105k

Yeah thanks mate, it is very nice over there. Its a shame we are in resession as its a great price but still hard to sell coz no one is buying anywhere, retail stores, realestate, restaurants, holiday destinations.

No time frames or Covenants (if that means it has to be a certain type of building)
Also it does allow for units but there is no point.
Also no easements on the block or anything.

Look at it this way 4x4ish about the building of units. Someone could build a duplex on it, keep one side for themselves and rent the other side out.

That is true, they could still put in 2 sheds with a common driveway, one shed per unit
