I'm thinking about putting a sports muffler on my 02 v6 gv and leaving standard exhaust as it's 2-2.25in.

anyone else done this and got any real world experience.
did it give better throttle response as i'm not chasing power and did it give any better fuel consumption.

am i better of going a full cat back exhaust for the above benifets.

I think the stock exhausts seems quite good, extractors would be good. not sure many make em though?

just don't go 2 1/2 inch you'll loose your bottom end but you gain top end
