Just got the hilux diffs for my conversion from leaf to link. I am after the best steering set up. I have seen the double arms which are connected to the passenger side knuckle using a tie rod with damper bracket and Drag link.

Other options out there are the same as the sierra with a tie rod and draglink connected.

Opinions?
Pictures?

looks simple enough..So it worked fine just flipping the arms....
I would not say expensive considering what the other places in Aus are asking for the same thing. Cheaper to buy form OS at the moment while the aussie $ is good....

The steering box you use will dictate how long your draglink will need to be and whether or not you can use a prefabbed one. Also the steering box/axle location, the suspension, ride hieght and bumpstop spacing you are going with will dictate whether or not you can run full highsteer. The Superior crossover arm is simply 2 hilux passenger arms welded together which is relativley simple to copy, cut up a stock Lux J arm for the drivers side and some custom bar/tube for the draglink and tierod, this is the setup I am using.

be carefull with this kit from low range. its listed as being the right length steering arms (that bolts to the knuckle) to suit the sierra pitman arm but when i rang them to ask for a rhd kit the same, it was going to be a mix matched kit. essentially a hilux hi steer kit with a shortened draglink to suit the sierra box. i actually had to ask the direct question " are the steering arms going to be the shorter legnth to match the sierra pitman arm" before he told me it was a modified rhd hilux kit.

i ended up dealing with sky directly and had several phone calls and emails to get exactly what i was after...
other thing to note is you will need a fair bit of height for this kit as chassis and sump clearances (j20) became an issue for me.

superduki has it in the front of his build no issue...

must have improved it since then?
