No. The driveshaft flanges are different and can't be swapped (They can be swapped on the 4WD light case)
Unless you want to get some machining done or build custom driveshafts, It's not going to be a goer.

The flanges are different. You can't put 1.3 flanges on the light less transfer.

There's a reason they are cheap and available
Steve
PS Actually, the 1.0 non-light case is technically superior to the later case - the intermediate shaft is bearing supported instead of the shaft being static and the gears riding on needle roller bearings.
Anyone whose pulled a light 1.0 or 1.3 case apart knows the intermediate shaft falls apart before anything else because of the needle bearings.

If you have the case also get a set of 1L half yokes then just make up hybrid jack shaft and front driveshaft.
Really not that hard...

If they last.
Not all hybrid unis end up working out.
You can't make 1/2 and 1/2 driveshafts as the driveshaft slip yoke splines are different.

What do you mean by that? Back in the day I seemed to have no issues getting it to work. Although it is a bit of stuffing around, the bonus here is that the non-switched cases are pretty much given away these days!

Because cap height isn't consistent between 1.0 and 1.3 unis, and also I think across uni brands (due to the position of the circlip on 1.0 vs 1.3 unis) I've had some hybrids that were fine, others too tight to assemble and others too loose.
Just an observation.
Steve.
