I wouldn't be so worried about that bit, I'd be worried about where the draglink joins the pitman. If the draglink and tierod are that close together that could mean the end of the pitman arm might sit over the tie rod. As the drivers side flexes up the tierod can come up and hit the pitman. I bent my tierod doing this.

i have just pulled the two bottom leaves out of the spring pack. so i will check it today.

Hey, I didn't know you NT boys had NoobCAD!!!

How far forward is your front diff out of interest? Mine is 20mm forward and I don't have any rub like that. Well, I don't think I do, I should prolly check!!!

i didn't move my diff on purpose, it just ended up that way.
my spring packs are bodgy things i made from a few different cars and could possibly be in back to front. with no bull bar my 32s stick out past the front of the car.

WTF is NoobCAD is it something to do with a hammer cos i got lots of them

There's your problem. It's moved your diff forward and now the links are touching. You're probably about 25mm forward. You could drill another hole in the spring plate and perch to move it back slightly.

hhmmm i need some new shock bushes i might draw them in NoobCAD and see if a mates cnc lathe can make them.
