Does anyone know where I can get some Milled timber on the sth side of Bris?

The reason you can only use milled timber is so Rangers know that you haven't cut up a tree in a national park.

Milled timber is just house frame offcuts or cut up pallets. Find your nearest house frame / truss maker and they usually have a big bin out front full of off cuts.

get some pallets, the crappy disposable ones. they burn pretty quick so take a lot.

Hutch I was up there 2 weeks ago. Camped at Dunduburra. We took 15 bags of that servo timber and had some EPIC fires. Rangers saw that it came from bags and left us alone. It was just split logs, but they could see we had brought it over with us.
