Looking for a supplier of new transfer case flanges... I rebuilt my case with the 6.5's no issues, then the input shaft seal and the rear output shaft seal started leaking within 100km's... Haven't done any 4wd work yet, but I don't trust the front output seal either. Thinking the all the sealing faces may be suspect (given the hiding in mud the car copped over the wet season).

So, basically, I need two new front flanges, and the bearing retainer/sealing collar for the rear output... I can get the retainer from Lowrange, no idea on the flanges though.

Any help greatly appreciated. :)

Cheers, Mick

If the flanges are are the problem you should be able to take it to an engineering place to built it up and machine it nice and flat for ya. Im pretty sure that the flanges arnt hardened.
If the seals were put in dry (without a smear of oil) they could have chewed out quick.

Speedi-sleeve might be an option?
Genuine seals *might* fix it... But I want to be 100% sure everything is good this time...
