I'm in the middle of trying to fit a 1lt switch transfer into my NT 1.3l drover and the bloody spines wont fit they are far too sloppy. They are 26 spline. Any ideas?? :?

no expert on anything really but i know it has to be the 1litre case with the 4x4 light otherwise you need to do more work, dunno if thats what is happening with you tho

I know it's a 1lt transfer case with light because I pulled it out myself. It's really got me :(

Ok swapped shaft yokes from the 1ltr onto my 1.3 shafts and all sorted.

Search for posts from 2010 from Sierradan. We found 2 different styles of spline (square and pointed from memory?) When changing pinion flanges on his old zook. No doubt the transfers over the years went through the same transition.
