Question, When removing the whole cab off a suzuki sierra, do I need to take the dash out? Or can it be left in there and just the body bolts undone, front clip taken off, handbrake taken out, speedo drive pulled, brake master pulled off, body loom unhooked from the body, the rear bar removed from the body points and loom disconnected so the body loom and the engine loom are separate? I've got my tintop one ready to pull off, but I pulled the whole dash out and pulled the thing apart as I was painting the whole lot properly.

Leave the dash. Don't forget to undo the steering arm that goes from the column to the box.

You can even leave the front clip on if you disconnect everything from the inner guards.

Nah pinched the front clip as the tin tops one was rooted. And I forgot the steering.

So how long you figure it takes to remove the tub, if all you have is two seats and the roll bar in there?

Rephrase your question? It takes me and 4 blokes 15 seconds to remove a tub and put it on the ground. To unbolt everything that just needs to be done, by myself about 3 hours with a few beer breaks. Might be quicker with out worrying about dash and shit.
