is there any way to remove a dash out of a hard top without removing the windscreen?

If you need to take the windscreen out it's not that hard. Just take your time. I have done it a fair few times and as long as you don't rush it's ok, it's when you get impatient and start forcing it you'll break it.

Was it hard to put the windscreen in using limited tools?
(My windscreen seals are bad..)

All you need is some plastic clothesline rope and some tape - a couple of helpers is also good too.
