A t50 does not have a transfer case attached to it like a vitara box

There are always a few t50 gearboxes for sale on corolla forums. The supra models had the 'w' series gearboxes which were alot stronger however have a different bellhousing and wont fit straight up without some swapping of parts.

Ok I though my first post would make sense because I assumed people would know what I meant, so for those that didn't get it K1w1 was asking about a Vitara. A Vitara has an intergrated gearbox and transfer case i.e. it is all one piece therefore a Toyota T50 or W box is useless to him. You can of course use one in a Sierra or an LJ because they have a remote transfer case i.e. the transfer case is seperate to the gearbox. Therefore to do the conversion K1w1 will really need an adapter to mate the 4age to his original gearbox.
